Karen wanted to add more phytonutrients to her meals in addition to green juices. While juices are a wonderful way to have a nutrient dense diet, eating the greens (mechanical chewing of the plant material) offers its very own set of benefits and is convenient way to boost any meal with flavor and freshness!

All microgreens are grown indoors spray-free and only take 12 days on average to grow depending on the variety. That being said, our Planting Day is Wednesday, so please be sure to place orders prior to ensure your order can be fulfilled in time for Monday deliveries. Thank you!
