Cantaloupe micro greens

Tasted s sample last night at the goat cafe,never tasted anything so good, bought a container and cant wait to use it tonight with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella, thank you Trevor for introducing me to such wonderful delicacies

A beautifully fresh surprise

I have never had micro greens before.
Honestly, Trevor’s attention to detail and passion intrigued me.
I tried a few and found they all added a nice accent to all salads and tapas I prepared. I especially liked the cantaloupe greens with mozzarella, prosciutto
and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. (Sorry I did not take a picture.)
Additionally, the packaging kept them fresh for quite a while and you can’t
beat free delivery with a smile!

    All microgreens are grown indoors spray-free and only take 12 days on average to grow depending on the variety. That being said, our Planting Day is Wednesday, so please be sure to place orders prior to ensure your order can be fulfilled in time for Monday deliveries. Thank you!
